Allow Project Managers to be able to view all records on all projects to which they are the PM.

It would be helpful for Project Managers to be able to view all records on all projects to which they are the PM. This way they do not have to be assigned to them or access them individually but would be able to access them through the work center. They should be able to drill down by project and/or status.

    The workflow manager should also be able to see all items that have been assigned on a project without having to be assigned to them or the author of them. They should be able to filter by PM, project and/or employee
