    We have 3-5 jobs at any time. Procontractor had this, but Vista doesn't? Doing this form manually in Adobe is very, very time-consuming. All of the inputs for completing this form for prevailing wage reports are available

    Share a Custom Dashboard

    Having all the default widgets is confusing for users, and not everyone is savvy or interested enough to create a custom one on their own. Let administrators create a custom dashboard and set it as the default for users in their organization.

    Allow Project Managers to be able to view all records on all projects to which they are the PM.

    It would be helpful for Project Managers to be able to view all records on all projects to which they are the PM. This way they do not have to be assigned to them or access them individually but would be able to access them through the work center...

    Hide Apps that don't apply

    Allow filtering by Vista company #

    Currently, the financial widgets include data from all companies in the Vista database. One of our companies is a "sandbox" environment. Without the ability to filter on the company ID, the data is mostly useless.

    Multiple Work Center TABs regardless if already open

    Every time I open Viewpoint Vista (we have to log off a lot) the Trimble Work Center opens another tab even though it is already open. Can the programming not recognize that the person is already logged in to Trimble Work Center?

    Add Widget that summarized AP Invoices, POs, & Subcontracts Awaiting your approval

    I think this would be a great spot for Project Managers/Division Managers/ Executives to get a quick look at all of the transactions awaiting their approval. This would make the Work Center a lot more functional and increase usuage of it
