quit selling broken software

Instead of just trying to sell your software why don't you actually make sure it functions correctly for the customers company. Help set up parameters they need for each level of employee. We have had your software for 3 years and it barely works as it should. We end up needing to do work a rounds to get the info correct. Very FRUSTRATING!
